MidlandPlus Electrical delivered a comprehensive intelligent electrical installation in Milton Keynes, spanning a 12-week programme and incorporating advanced lighting, power distribution, and modern infrastructure solutions.
This project highlights our ability to integrate multiple electrical systems into a cohesive, high-performance environment—designed to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
Completed in September 2024, this project involved the installation of a multi-level intelligent lighting system across three levels, providing enhanced control, energy efficiency, and flexibility throughout the space.
In addition to the lighting system, MidlandPlus Electrical installed underfloor power track systems, enabling adaptable and discreet power distribution—ideal for modern commercial environments where flexibility and clean finishes are essential.
The project also included the installation of new electrical submains, supporting upgraded infrastructure and ensuring reliable power distribution across all areas of the building. These were complemented by the installation of new three-phase fuse boards, providing a robust and scalable system capable of supporting future expansion.
To elevate the overall finish, feature lighting was incorporated throughout the project, enhancing the visual impact of the space while maintaining practical functionality.
Throughout the 12-week programme, our team demonstrated a strong commitment to quality, coordination, and workmanship—delivering a well-executed project that met both technical and client expectations.
This project demonstrates MidlandPlus Electrical’s capability to deliver complex, multi-system electrical installations with precision and consistency.
By combining intelligent lighting, flexible power solutions, and high-quality finishes, the result is a modern, efficient, and future-ready environment, delivered through the hard work and dedication of our team.
